Full payment is requested by the given date of your invoice, payment is due before arrival.
Payment by credit card or bank transfer. When payment and name list are registered this will be confirmed only to the hotel by a voucher.
The voucher is valid for payment only for given dates and registered names.
Extra nights and other costs shall be paid by the guest at the hotel to regular price.
Company agreements, discounts or other reward programs are not applicable.
Please note that special request, i.e. smoking room, is subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed!
When the booking is confirmed, either written or verbally by the seller, until one month before arrival date, no charge will be taken.
Cancellation later than 30 days but earlier than 14 days before arrival, 50 % of the total booking will be charged.
Cancellation later than 14 days but earlier than 7 days before arrival, 75% of the total booking will be charged.
No cancellation within 7 days before arrival will be refunded.
Please note that change of arrival/departure dates within this deadline is to be counted as cancellation.
From the time the booking is confirmed, in writing or verbally, up to 8 weeks before arrival date booking can be canceled at no cost.
Up to 6 weeks before the first arrival, 50% of the initial reservation can be cancelled at no cost.
Up to 4 weeks before the first arrival, 25% of the initial reservation can be cancelled at no cost.
When cancelling from 4 weeks until the first date of arrival - 100% of the room cost is charged.
Changes and/or cancellations have to be made directly to The Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre Hotel Service and not to the hotel.
Changing fee = 75 SEK on each changing occasion.
