Exhibitor insurance
This policy covers all the normal requirements of an exhibitor. It provides total coverage for goods during the exhibition period, as well as during loading/unloading and transport in connection with the exhibition. It also includes third-party liability insurance, something that every exhibitor must have.
This insurance policy is obligatory for everyone who exhibits at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre.
The premium is SEK 1 000 per exhibitor.

Exhibitor's goods fully insured during transport to/from the exhibition, including loading/unloading.
Goods fully insured at the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre in connection with exhibition, including unpacking and packing.
The insurance policy is valid for exhibitors, registered co-exhibitors and companies represented on the stand.
The insurance policy provides coverage up to SEK 300 000 insured value, at a premium of SEK 1 000 per exhibitor. You can easily raise the value, against an additional premium.
Option 1:
SEK 1 800 Insurance value maximum SEK 500 000
Option 2:
SEK 3 900 Insurance value maximum SEK 1 000 000
Higher insurance value on quotation.
Any AV equipment that you rent through the Swedish Exhibition & Congress Centre will also be covered up to a value of SEK 100 000.
